294cc Polini Big Bore cylinder suitable for all maxi scooters with water-cooled 300cc* Piaggio 4-stroke injection engine. With its 77mm bore, the cylinder has a real 294cc displacement and, thanks to the increased displacement, improved compression and an optimised ignition curve, ensures an outstanding increase in torque and significantly better acceleration values.
With this cylinder kit Polini sets a new standard in Big Bore tuning and leaves the competition from Italy behind. The cylinder does not require any modifications to the crankcase or cylinder head. Polini's patented HTR ring on the top of the cylinder provides a better crushing edge and increases the contact area of the head gasket.
The supplied CDI has 2 selectable ignition curves. Depending on whether the cylinder is mounted in combination with original variator and exhaust or with Polini Hi-Speed variator and racing exhaust.
