Inexpensive complete variator in original part quality. The variator is supplied as shown with variator, counter-pressure plate, V-belt pulley, idler wheel, sliding block, variator sleeve, star washer and 6.6g variator weights in the dimensions 16x13mm.
The use of a new variator is recommended in the event of acceleration losses caused by a defective liner and the subsequent "jamming" of the variator and if the variator has run in (rings on the V-belt running surface).

Our tip: The scooter manufacturer's factory setup is not very torquey. If you want to optimize the starting performance a little, install slightly lighter variator weights. In our experience, the scooter shifts and turns a little more lively with weights in the 5.5-6.0 gram range.
